It would seem I’ve gone full circle (ahem) in my love for polka dots. I was in love… then realized I was suffering from dot fatigue… and then back around to full-on love. So here is a complete image dump of dotty love! Enjoy!
How about these gorgeous hand-dotted leather pouches from Metrode?
Can’t quite refuse the modern charm of Mr Jones watches. I’ll have the gold one thankyouverymuch!
Love these dove grey napkins by BHLDN.
If it wasn’t for our stippled walls (curse you, stippled walls!) I might have considered a dotted wall or two.
I fully LOVE these Mori mini cups from Poketo. Would’ve totally bought them by now if I had a use for them. Maybe they can be used for the Mister’s saké habit?
Just bought this cute gold dotted coin purse from Topshop. On sale for £5! I needed a small purse to hold my cards when I use my fancier (smaller) bags at night. Cant wait for it to arrive!
You can download this lovely subtle dotted background pattern from Subtle Patterns.
These hand-painted Fassett vases by Stampel Studio are simple and gorgeous. Would love a grouping of these on our mantelpiece, or perhaps just one by itself on a windowsill.
And inspired by these two-toned stippled nails by Prima Creative, I did my own neutral and gold dotted version. Urgh, I hate sheet marks! That’ll teach me to go to bed right after doing a topcoat… D’oh!
Had a veeeeery homebound weekend. My dearest has a pretty nasty cold, so I had to stay home to tend to his every need and all that jazz. I kept my hands busy by focussing on my… hands. Both are a variation on plain nails with a small sprinkling of glitter. First up I used Essie Big Spender with an extra layer of OPI Excuse Moi on the accent nail. Then I switched it up with Essence Cookies & Cream with two layers of OPI Rainbow Connection on the accent nail. I really never imagined I would ever wear nude polish, but I have to say… I like it! It definitely does give an elongated look to my fingers.
Managed to make it to Canal Walk. Happened across a 50% off sale at Jay Jays, so I scooped up as many of these bodycon skirts as I could. I showed Jason that leatherette version and his response was simply “Scary.” Ah boyfriends and fashion. Ne’er the twain shall meet.
Last night I indulged in some late night baking. Its what happens when I crave a treat and all the shops nearby are closed! I found this great recipe for Lemon Cardamom cake. Sweet mercy, it was good. The lemon glaze icing is so tart and perfect… The perfect sweet ending to my weekend.
Hope y’all had a great weekend too!

Was looking through my iPhoto and found these snaps I took. This is my awesome two finger ring my bestie bought for me in London. I have a couple of these two finger rings now and I always get asked if they aren’t uncomfortable. But they’re totally comfortable, and totally awesome.
Oh and I’m wearing Pretty Edgy by Essie on my nails. I’m really into nailpolish as you will soon discover. I was considering starting a Tumblr to post all my nailpolish shots, so as not to, I don’t know… girly-fy this blog too much. But I’ve decided you can all handle the girly, right?
Well… I think they’re new. Maybe they’re just new to me. I love eating these things ‘cos they make me feel like a giant when I eat them! Oh and to anyone out there who cares about nailpolish, I’m wearing my new favourite colour Lapis of Luxury by Essie. Yummy.
